What payment methods do you accept:
We accept a wide range of payment methods such as All Major Credit Cards (Visa,
MasterCard), COD, Paypal verified confirm address, Money Orders, Telegraphic Transfer. Next month credit cards will be available for Malaysian buyers.
International order our company policy do not accept Credit Card and Paypal for
payment at the first transaction. We are only accept payment through Telegraphic Transfer at the first transaction. If a product is ordered on our site which is out of stock or on back order you will be contacted by email. The goods will be shipped at the same day (immediately) after the payment Cleared and we accept cancellations at any time assuming your order has not been shipped.
Order Processing:
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Weekends, holidays
and high volume online traffic may delay this slightly. Depending on location,
orders tend to arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. However, we kindly ask
that International customers allow at least 2-3 business days for delivery and
that International customers allow at least 3-5 business days for delivery,
after processing. International customers please also consider custom holds may
delay your delivery.
Return Policy:
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective and you wish to return it, please contact our sales at sales@troniclab.net. We will gladly repair or replace the item at our discretion within 30 days upon receipt of returned merchandise. You must have an RMA number (return material authorization number) before sending any item back to us. RMA's are valid for 10 days from issuance. Items received with an expired RMA number will be refused. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

Shipping Label. Within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number, complete the RMA shipping label and provide RMA number, customer name, company name and account number. Fold the shipping label and tape securely on box. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED
Packing Materials. Please include all packing materials (Styrofoam, bubble wrap, foam end pieces, etc)
Boxing the Return. All items must be returned in Original Manufacturer's Box. If you do not have the Original Manufacturer's Box, you can purchase a box to be shipped to you for return of merchandise. Both the box and shipping are non-refundable. Should you attempt to return the merchandise by any other means, you will be solely responsible for any and all damages and losses.
Insure Your Shipment. It is recommended that you insure the returned merchandise for it's full value. Baby Strollers Center is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.
All Returns Must be Prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted
Shipping Returns. All returns must be shipped by traceable means such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc...you must insure the returned merchandise and make sure the shipment is traceable. Baby Strollers Center is not responsible for any item(s) that are not sent back by any method other than requested above.
Backorder Policy
We do our best to maintain adequate inventory of every item in our catalog. (except for those items marked as "drop ship only") If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, it may be shipped at a later date as available at no additional charge.

FedEx / UPS / TIKI tracking numbers are emailed to the email account you used when
ordering with our site.
